Beautiful area with many hiking options. The view from the first peaks of Lake Tahoe are breathtaking. A bit strenuous but not too difficult.

Great trail (in the summer) that leads to 5 beautiful lakes, with great views along the way. It's not too long in distance but it's definitely not easy on the leg. Bring water.

A perfect ski place for families, featuring nice long groomed runs. Less challenging than Squaw but a lot of fun for an easier ski day.
