Such great food! I recommend the breakfast pizza or the vegetable lasagna. It takes a bit of time though so call knowing it will be about 45 minutes to pick up! Definitely worth the wait

The VMFA is my absolute favorite spot in Richmond. They have great happy hours on Friday where you can hang out in the gardens or inside. They have local DJs come or bands. Every Thursday they have Jazz happy hours as well which are great for relaxing. The art is of course wonderful as well and new exhibits are constantly coming in.

A quick but good museum! It isn’t very expensive and is a great thing to walk through if you have a couple hours! The building is brand new and right next to the new walking bridge and Belle Isle

This is my absolute favorite quick morning breakfast spot! They have a kitchen in the back that can make you breakfast sandwiches for only $3. They also have a large variety of everything you might need at decent prices. I wouldn’t get normal groceries there but if you’re in a hurry you can find practically everything!

Belle Isle is a great island to walk, jog, swim or just hang out. People float the down the river in the summer and lay out on the rocks! The walking bridge is nearby as well and a great afternoon activity.

This is my usual spot on the river and a great local spot. You need to follow the trail for a while to find the rocks to sit on in the river. You can also mountain bike and trail run. Overall great spot.

This is the spot to be on a Saturday evening in the spring! You can see the fireworks from the flying squirrels and spend your night outside on a fun rooftop that is not over priced. There is often live music as well
