Beaches in Miami and Broward Counties. Distances depends on time, day, and traffic.
Even though Hollywood Beach is a bit far, around 45 min w/o traffic, it is our favorite beach to spend the day. The walkway is miles long and closed to car traffic, only bikes are permitted, besides people. There are a ton of restaurants and bars to choose from, including accessibility to the restaurant inside Margaritaville.

There are many shopping centers around the area and major malls a few minutes away.
Dolphin Mall is Miami Dade County’s largest retail value shopping center. Offering more than 200 retail stores and name-brands, including many dining restaurants to choose from. It also has a huge movie theater and many places for entertainment.
