Baldy is a smaller ski hill which has been a local favourite for over40 years. From simple beginnings with only a rope tow for the beginner hill and a Tbar for the higher runs they have chairlifts.It is a warm and friendly hill with shorter waits than many of the larger ski hills.

Riverstone is so close to my home you can walk there and not have to worry about driving.

Good wines but the Rose is my favourite. Every spring until the fall Tin Horn hosts monthly concerts. Tickets sell out quickly. From the patio outside the tasting room or from the concert area is breathtaking view of our Okanagan Valley.
On site beside the concert area is a restaurant called Miradoro. In the fall they host communal dinners giving you the opportunity to enjoy great food and meet new people while enjoying the Tin Horn Creek wines.

For years we were this quiet little country town. Then one day someone discovered we had more wineries and vineyards than Niagara, Ont which was the wine capital of Canada. An application went in and now Oliver, BC is the wine capital of Canada. More wineries and more vineyards our little town has become a tourists destination. In the fall the many wineries hold different events promoting their wineries and our industry. In October is the Festival of the Grape with over 50 wineries participating.Watching the grape stomping is lots of fun. There is a play area for kids, tons of different food and entertainment along with stalls with a variety of items for sale.
There is so much more to see and visit I cannot list them all. You will just have to come and see and experience for yourself .
