This place puts a fresh new spin on tacos. The use all local produce an ingredients. Some of their tacos are seasonal but always delicious and the mixed drinks are made from fresh ingredients too.

The Monument is a hidden gym in the National Park scene. You don't have to worry about crowds here. Bring your camera and enjoy the stunning Red Rock scenery. There are numerous hiking trails, overlooks and rock climbing routes that you'll most likely have to yourself.
