Less than 2hrs from El Paso. Not too Crowded, Lake is Nice Temperature & Clean. Fun to Rent a Jetski or a Boat to Tour the Lake. It Has a Floating Restaurant on the Lake be Sure to Find it!

This is one of El Paso’s oldest restaurants and one of a kind tacos and sauce. Cash is all they take, so just FYI. We get 2 double (3 rolls of 6 tacos) each, side of cheese and fries. So good!

Directions to the Walking Path are Simple; Go Out the Front Door of Our Home Turn Right (away from the busy street) and Head Down the Sidewalk through the Neighborhood. Go Straight through the First Stop Sign, at the Second Stop Sign the Walking Path will be Right in Front of You. You will See Burges High School, there is a nice Playground, Basketball Courts, Baseball Fields all Behind the High School, only a Short Walk More. I Love Taking My Son to this Park.
