Flying M roasts with a purple Diedrich 12-kilo (small batch) drum roaster built in 1995. Flying M is commited to bringing art and the community together at both locations. Boise has an artwall and the Valentine for AIDS benefit show in February. I love their iced nitro coffee!

This isn't in the heart of downtown, but it's very close to my house and the best food in Boise. I know it's all the rage to feature "local," but Chef Richard really does - and he always has way before it was trendy.
