This is the best place for curry in Totnes. Only a few things on the menu, done really well. With some craft beer to wash it down. They dont do takeaway from here, but they do have a unit in Dartington where you can collect cooked or frozen curry.

National Trust - South Milton Sands
The best beaches are further south than the Torquay area, where you might need to walk for 5 mins to get to the beach. They're quieter and much more beautiful.

This is a great activity. Paddle down the river with the tide to Dittisham, for a spot of lunch at the Ferry Boat Inn, then back with the tide to Stoke Gabriel. Seeing all sorts of birds and seals.

Go here if you fancy a breath taking cliff walk. Walk from here to East Prawle to the Pigs Nose for lunch, then back to Gara Rock beach for a swim. Or take your trunks with you and swim at one of the secluded beaches on the way.
