Great, family run restaurant. If your route to RD3 takes you along highway 285 near Grant, it's worth a stop. Try their wings and don't forget to stock up on some of their homemade treats for your stay at the cabin!

Fishing
You can get to the reservoir on the main road in about 40mins from RD3 cabin. Or you can 4 wheel through the national forest and be there in about 20mins and see some amazing views of the continental divide. Of course great trout and pike fishing!

Kenosha Pass is 30 mins from RD3 cabin. Some of the best views of the continental divide. Great hiking and beautiful views of the aspen change. You can access the Colorado Trail here. The 2 small ponds at the top of the pass are great for moose sightins.
