Do not be deterred by that line out the door on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Those people know why it's worth waiting to get a seat inside. Dulin's breakfast can go toe to toe on deliciousness and quality with anything Portland can offer.

It's a perfectly fine, even exquisite, breakfast. But I like to line up at the roll-up window next door, peer longingly at the bakery shelves and order at least two of their superb pastries.

Amazing Mexican food. The salsa is a must-have. I once wrote a glowing review about the place for The Oregonian. While that was circa 2010, a 2019 visit proved the quality and menu creativity is still there.
