This Indian is less that 10minutes away from us. It has won the best Indian in Wales and we have been to many parties here. It’s in the heart of Llanrwst so you can walk outside and straight into a pub or even a leisurely walk down the river bank.

This has too be up there with one of the best fish and chips the Conwy Valley has to offer. The owners are lovely and have a real passion for the business. They have recently added to the shop and now offer stone baked pizzas. A real must if you visit Llanrwst.

If your after fun and to experience something new then this place will deliver. It’s roughly 20minutes away and has everything from surfing, climbing, caving and even a zip wire.

The longest zip in the northern hemisphere. It is pretty pricey but it’s an experience you’ll never forget. It’s 30-40 min drive depending on the roads.

Families will love it here. I’d recommend visiting just to see the engineering that has gone on to create this forest of adventure. It is less than 10minutes away and has plenty to do even if the weather isn’t great

Betws-y-coed is the hub of the Conwy valley. It is a brilliant place to go for food, shopping or just a place to start and finish your adventures in the national park

This place is a must in all weather. The walk is to the falls is very accessible to all and isn’t to far either. The car park is pay and display so please don’t get caught out without any pennies as there are no shops to get your change. The views are simply beautiful.

This a walk we frequently use. The lake is gorgeous and the path goes the entire way around. It isn’t wheelchair or buggy accessible on one side of the lake but it is really oblivious. Many people go here for picnics in the summer and swim in the lake which is very clean
