Hikes
Beautiful hike you can start right from the cottage. The hike will take about 5 hours to complete and a distance of 9 km. You simply start from the parkinglot, cross the street and walk up the hill by th alpine lift. Follow th red T's and signs to "Lønahorgi" to the top.

It takes about 5 hours to complete. 30 minutes drive from the cottage to Gudvangen and Tufte where you can park and start the hike. The area is on UNESCO's world heritage list.

This is a 2 hours trip and starts from the cottage, See picture for map. After 25 minutes on a gravel road you follow red T's on a trail to the top. You'll see the track starts just below the cable car. Amazing view

this is a demanding route to Hanguren than the other one. Starting at Bavallstunet (3 min walk from the cottage, see map bellow) and entering the forest at the top of Vetlebakken. Ends at the old Hangurs restaurant.
On the steepest places there are ropes you can use to get up. Can be slippery when wet. The tour is not recommended for children under the age of 8.

Bike trips at Voss
Me and my family love this trip and we have taken it 5 times now:) You simply bike from the cottage to Voss station in the morning. Form Voss you take the train to Upsete (45 min) and then you bike from here and back to Voss. We have used 4 hours in this trip, included lunch break. The road is old (gravel) in the beginning but it gets better (asphalt) after 2-3 kilometer. You are sorrunded by the most beautiful norwegian nature and i changes all the time during the trip. Find a day with nice weather and you won't regret! I promise:)

Me and my family love this trip and we have taken it 5 times now:) You simply bike from the cottage to Voss station in the morning. Form Voss you take the train to Upsete (45 min) and then you bike from here and back to Voss. We have used 4 hours in this trip, included lunch break. This is a beautiful local restaurant only 25 minutes walk from the cottage. I have been there twice and I’ve really enjoyed it. Great food and fantastic if the weather is nice and you can eat outside
