Having a chef for a husband has narrowed down the places we would recommend. All of the places listed below, are places that we support and frequent as much as we can!
We opened Milo All Day about a year ago after having biscuit sandwich food trucks for 3 years. The brunch and dinner menus rotate on a regular basis following what is fresh and local. I would describe the food as eclectic southern. The atmosphere is clean, open and inviting. One of my favorite things about our place is that there is amazing patio seating! Whether you want to grab a coffee and pastry with a friend in the morning or have a date night with wine and delicious entrees- it is a fun Waco destination for any craving. If you're feeling adventurous, order the "chef's menu" and get a coursed meal curated by Corey.

Dan and Robin Moroso are some of our good restauranteur friends and highly recommend this cute little pizza place! It's great for families, girls night or date night! Although "pizzeria" is in their name, they have other tasty Italian items as well! Dan's family is from Italy originally- and boy, do you taste that authenticity!

4700 Bosque BlvdDan and Robin Moroso are some of our good restauranteur friends and highly recommend this cute little pizza place! It's great for families, girls night or date night! Although "pizzeria" is in their name, they have other tasty Italian items as well! Dan's family is from Italy originally- and boy, do you taste that authenticity!

Eric will treat you right- and if you are into trying new salsas, ask him to bring you out his latest tests. He's always creating new salsa flavors with fresh ingredients!

The atmosphere doesn't have anything to write home about, other than it is the best dive restaurant around! Eric will treat you right- and if you are into trying new salsas, ask him to bring you out his latest tests. He's always creating new salsa flavors with fresh ingredients!
