For whale watching (winter months), we highly recommend the Zodiac tours with Vallarta Adventures. The zodiac is a bit more expensive than the big boats, but they’re smaller and more nimble. They’re also allowed to get a little closer to the whales than the big boats can. Vallarta Adventures has some other fun tours as well.
