The neighborhood is very quiet. You are in close proximity to the Boardwalk area which has coffee shops, shopping (WalMart, and many other), a Gym, Restaurants and a medical centre. Public transportation can be found at the corner of countrystone drive and university drive, a 5 minutes walk from the house. a main bus hub can be found at the Boardwalk for a quick access to the entire city. There are three parks close by, including one with a basketball court.

The code for the side garage door is : 2682
The key provided is for the door from the garage into the house. No other key are needed to access the house.
As you may have realised there is a camera in the garage. No other camera are in the property.
The freezer sometimes builds up extra ice, and when it melts may create a small leak on the kitchen. Placing a towel under the freezer will take care of it.
Very important, we keep the tempareture at 23 degrees. Please do not adjust. Adjusting it may cause issues with the furnace. Please contact us if you have temperature concerns.
