My fav Lebanese restaurant in Maadi, and possibly Egypt! I especially love their breakfast items. The small cheese pizzas are sublime! And the vine leaves are some of the best. Good quality shisha, and a beautiful place to sit in and read a book, especially in the morning as they aren't busy then.

An Egyptian franchise. Good egyptian food at a very cheap price! Koshari, taameya, foul, they have it all!

Unique gift stores
I spend a lot of time walking around the city, both in Zamalek and Maadi, so have picked up a few gems that a lot may not know about!
They sell scarfs, jewellery, homewares, and all sorts of items- all fair trade! The shop is at the back of an apartment block so very easily missed!
