Just a stunning little surf village, Beautiful views, waves, cool little bars and tiny paved streets, the ultimate spot to chill for a few hours and watch the waves roll in. My favourite spot on the island.

A must do as one of the highest spots on the island to just appreciate the vastness of the mountains and sit above the clouds.
TIP:
I recommend going later in the afternoon to avoid the bigger crowds, Sit on the height marker and just take it all in.

A hidden wonder, This simple burger place is a bit of local icon and secret. In my opinion one of the most underrated places to eat in Madeira super cheap, fresh, really tasty, simple and unpretentious. The staff are very friendly and you'll be eating within minutes of ordering.
TIP:
Go for the Special Burger and a Peanut Shake or any of their shakes, you won't be disappointed!

Espetadas can get tiring and I love indian food!
This place has in my opinion some of the best I've tried anywhere in the world. Very reasonably priced, nice staff, fresh and very tasty.

Good, simple and local food. You might not expect much at first glance but this restaurant serves great wholesome, local dishes for a fair price. No-one likes a tourist trap restaurant and this place puts them to shame. Best bit is that it's just a few minutes walk from the building.
