There's a cool place called Wheel Fun Rentals (https://wheelfunrentals.com/mn/minneapolis/lake-calhoun/rentals/) that rents kayaks, standup paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes, and bikes. Adjacent to Wheel Fun Rentals is Lola's on the Lake (https://www.lolascafemn.com), a lakeside restaurant that is great for grabbing a quick bite.
Note: Wheeled Fun Rentals and Lola's only operate during the warm months.

Minneapolis has tons of escape rooms. In case you aren't familiar, escape rooms are where you (and others) get locked in a room and you have 60 minutes to solve all the clues escape. They are a ton of fun!
