To be fair, I have not been here before. But it is on my list and I have only heard rave reviews. This spot started as a food truck and became so popular that they expanded into a permanent restaurant.

Not in Gainesville! Just south in a small town called Micanopy (tiny old town with a bunch of cute antique shops) Pearl BBQ is located in a gas station and has the BEST ribs I have ever had.
