Being part of the Sunshine City complex, do take the elevator up to the 58th/59th floor - it's very fast and quite an experience, and there are cafes/wine bars/restaurants on the top floors and catch amazing view of the city.

If you come with big luggage and inconvenience to get train, you may come by Limousine bus and drop off here. Then, get a taxi to apartment and it take roughly 500 yen per way.

5 min from apartment to nearest bus-stop, which catch bus to Ikebukuro sta. East exit. Of course if you can reach there on foot if you don't mind walk 20min:-) There are a bus stop in front of Domino Pizza, 210Yen fares each passenger one time.
