Livonian Order Sigulda Castle – the castle was built in the Middle Ages and is a great place for taking a walk around the walls of the castle and a look at the exhibits that are on display. It is also used as a venue for concerts and events.

Gūtmaņala (Gutman’s Cave) – the biggest cave in the Baltics – a grotto which has been shaped by the current of the River Gauja and by underground springs, making it an ancient cult site and the source of a great many legends.

Take part in the thematic programmes of the museum – historical giving of surnames to the peasants of Vidzeme, visiting the Turaida Vogt or prophesies of the horse of destiny. Take part in the celebration of Latvian annual festivities at the Folk Song Hill, especially the summer solstice, which takes place on 21 June each year.

The building sits on the very brink of the ancient Gauja valley and overlooks a beautiful view across the vale and its opposite bank. A certified rehabilitation institution is currently in operation at Krimuldas manor.
There is an unique possibility not only to taste magnificent wines from various berries, but also together with the wine maker to study secrets of preparation of a domestic wine. The real taste of wine best of all opens in a combination to intriguing stories about estate life.

Aerial Cableway – the only cable car in the Baltics. It overlooks an amazing landscape which contains three mighty castles, a bobsleigh track, and a view of the ancient valley of the Gauja which can be seen for miles and miles. The cable car is also used for bungee jumping.
