In the San Lorenzo area there’s the leather market, kind of Aladdin style. Careful with pickpockets and don’t buy much of anything besides small little knickknacks, as most things aren’t made in Italy or aren’t made with Italian leather even if they’re marked as “made in Italy”.

Firenze’s famous gardens, attached to the Palazzo Pitti. Nice view of the city. Worth a stop if you’re in Florence for several days, but if you have limited time visit the Bardini gardens instead.
