The Heathmount is only a few minutes walk from the house and offers good quality gastro pub food. A good place to go to watch sports too or just a quiet drink.

Great local menu with lovely views over the river Ness. Get in ealry fot the pre-theatre menu which is much cheaper! Their Cranachan is really good!

Well, a music venue with traditional music on most nights, but also sells food, (try their cullen Skink!) and it's all set in a pub environment, with Thai decor! Random, but no visit to Inverness is complete without a wee jig in Hoots!!

These guys are actually brewers (Black Isle Brewery) and have set up a bar in town with THE BEST beer selection in town! They also serve pizza.
