A nice vegetarian cafe - really cosy place in new area Oslobukta which hosts the Munch Museum and lot of nice bars and restaurants. Kumi serves very good food - bit pricey though for the amount of food you get. Still worth it tough.

The best pizza in town - saying that though Oslo is a great place to eat Italian style pizza as Norwway is a pizza nation. This is number 1 though if you ask me. The dough and sauce is outstanding. 100% authentic!

Yes, you can go snowboarding/skiing or downhill cycling here in the summer. You can rent all equipment here and enjoy a hot chocolate in the cabin.

This hidden gem is located a little bit outside of the city center, but totally worth visiting. You will find a sauna and a nice and cosy cafe here with a view over the river and svartdalsparken (a park). The park is also worth strolling through on a nice Sunday walk.

Recommend going out to one of the islands in the Oslofjord. Easy access by ferry from Aker Brygge. Great for swimming, sunbathing, a bbq or a picknik.

In the same area as the Kon Tiki Museum. You take a small boat for 1 minute over to Herbern, which is a small island. You will find a restaurant there with seafood or bring your own food and have a picknik for free.
