Visit Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. Take the Metro (red line) at OMONIA, direction ELLINIKON, and get off at the third stop (ACROPOLIS).
The Metro stop is next to Acropolis Museum, the visit of which is a must and from there you can get the ancient road leading to Acropolis.
