Place named "Humusof". If you want to taste real hummus made by locals, go there! This place serving hummus as a main dish, surrounded with French fries (in Israel called chips), salads, and harif (hot pepper based staff) Served with beans, eggs, onion, pickles and other appropriate staff for hummus dish. One of the rare found, is a hot hummus dish. Really recommended. Ask me, I will take you there, and if... will launch together! Bon appetite! Located in industrial zone, many people eating there their launch, so you can see real local people, their behavior and watch Israeli life day by day.
