Slightly different to the Mega Image chain although I'm not quite sure how to explain how except it's slightly more expensive, also some visitors prefer it.

A small 'no frills' Turkish restaurant not very well known but hugely popular with the people that do know. Excellent food! You won't be disappointed!

An Italian cuisine restaurant (obviously) with a great menu at very reasonable prices. Also at less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment it's one the quickest ways to eat out!

The largest beer hall in Europe (allegedly). Good food, good beer and good music. They also have an outside on the edge of Herestrau Park which is great in the warmer months!

Your traditional British pub in Romania...a European city is not a city without one! Good food, Romanian and British. If you want to watch the football, it's where you need to be!

This is the biggest and arguably the best park in Bucharest! Rent a bike, a boat or take a stroll, there's plenty to do...also the walk from the apartment, via Aviatorilor or Kiseleff is a pleasure in itself.
