Razgledavanje

On 6th October 1991. in this part of Zadar Croatian defenders with their superhuman efforts stopped the enemy attacks and forced the former YNA units to give up on further attacks on the city of Zadar, due to their great losses. One km away from Holiday Home Matela there is an old tank T-55 on the pedestal as a reminder on Homeland war, next to the "Villa Trojka" (bunker from World War II used in defense in the Homeland War). Also, a beautiful view of the Velebit mountain, children's playground, an old church with churchyard and tower Kaštel from the 17th century, both destroyed in the Homeland War.
