Roy's at Turtle Bay is a recommendation for an ocean view cocktail. Currently only LeiLei's restaurant is open for take-out food and cocktails...a walk down to the beach to enjoy your meal is my recommendation

I like to swim on this beach. There is street parking and a public access between the two condominiums. Bring a swim mask.

This is a hidden lovely beach protected from the wind. Great place to take a picnic and swim. Hike down the beach to Turtle Bay Resort. Beautiful coastline.

I like to stop in and walk the Malaekahana Park beach. Great place for a picnic lunch from Ken's Fish House.

Pali Lookout is a beautiful typically windy viewpoint off the Pali Highway. You can even see Chinaman's Hat way off in the distance.

I actually like hiking from this parking lot, over the highway is Haunama Bay...go to the right of the Haunama Bay entrance and you will see a gate with a single lane paved path taking you towards Hawaii Kai. Its a lovely walk and look for humpback whales in the winter months.
Koko Crater Stairs (Summit)
7430 Kalanianaʻole HwyI actually like hiking from this parking lot, over the highway is Haunama Bay...go to the right of the Haunama Bay entrance and you will see a gate with a single lane paved path taking you towards Hawaii Kai. Its a lovely walk and look for humpback whales in the winter months.
Lots of history and interesting shops. I would park at Aloha Tower Marketplace and walk from there.
