The stunning summer turquoise waters of Gulf St. Vincent, the beach and cliffs, the seascapes that change with the seasons, and the history of a Star of Greece shipwreck belong to all who visit. Some of my favourites are their vanilla slice, cheese and veg pastie, chunky meat pie and their doughnuts! Seating also available if you have time to stop in.
Maxwell's has a slightly hipsterish feel to their style and food they offer. They have a good range of things to tempt most carnivorous, herbivorous and omnivorous alike. They do an incredible coffee too! The groceries selection is great for a selection of organic produce as well as a selection of grains, soaps and other items to pique your interest. Sit outside, enjoy a delicious green juice, raw treat, veggie burger or breakfast roll!

Aldinga Beach is a beautiful family friendly and pet friendly beach, with amenities and a small shop which stocks everything from fishing rods to fish and chips! You can even drive your car onto the beach, perfect for spending lazy summer afternoons by the seaside.

You're just 15 minutes from South Australia's Premier Wine Region, McLaren Vale. Here are a couple of my must see wineries to visit while you're here!
The idea to build the d'Arenberg Cube came to Chief Winemaker Chester Osborn in 2003. Inspired by the complexities and puzzles of winemaking, Chester created the idea of a cube-shaped building. Each of the five levels have been carefully designed to entice and excite the senses, including features such as a wine inhalation room, a virtual fermenter, a 360degree video room, and many other tactile experiences. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Alternate Realities Museum, located on the ground floor, and view the many art installations on display. The tasting room is located on the top floor, and is open 7 days a week 10am - 5pm.

All wines have fun names and include The Trickster, The Scallywag, The Rascal, The Villain, The Ratbag, The Mongrel, The Scoundrel, The Floozie, The Oddball, and The Drama Queen.
