Highly recommend Babe's Chicken! Delicious southern food in a quirky small town setting. If you're looking for a drink, Babe's doesn't serve alcohol, BUT you are welcome to BYOB. And after you've had your fill the Grease Monkey and On Tap are just right across the street. While the chicken is delicious, I'd also recommend the cat fish - very nicely done!

If you would like a classy night out with delicious food, VB Steakhouse is a great option, and is just a mile and a half from the house. A little pricey, but ideal for special occassions; and great for dinner for 2 or for bringing the whole gang out for a nice, fun meal.

Legal Draft is one of several breweries local to Arlington, and it has some really nice beers! My favorite is the Accused Amber Ale, but the Legally Blonde Pale Ale, and Presumed Innocent IPA are also quite nice. If you'd like to visit and get some really fresh beer, plan ahead. Hours are limited to: Thursday and Friday - 4-8pm Saturday and Sunday - noon-6pm

As local as it gets, Division Brewing is Arlington's first locally owned and operated brewery and features a wide selection of brews as well as flights so you can try several at a time. The place has a very local vibe to it, and offers street tacos just outside the bar next to the outdoor seating area, and a stage in the ally where you can listen to the local talent while enjoying your beer!
