My all time favourite sushi here, they don't do the "all Mexican, throw whatever" sushi. They have simple yet good quality ingredients, so is all in good taste.

Probably the fanciest of the food options in Mazatlán. On the pricey side but definitely worth it, just next to Plazuela Machado, which is the the prettiest area in town.

Nice old building with tasteful decor and nice drinks, it's a place where you can start the night with a cocktail maybe and then move somewhere else. When there is a good DJ playing people usually arrive late to this place, sometime after 12.30 AM.

Locals love to climb to the top of the highest working natural lighthouse in the world. It does have the best view of the city and it doesn't take long to get up there. You can actually go up and down to the back and come back up and down again.

Originally built on 1915 and inspired by sea pools in Lisbon, the Carpa Olivera was a social center on Olas Altas beach in the Historic Center of Mazatlan. Many famous people of that time gathered and socialized here, and it was a must for every tourist. In 1954 it was devastated by a hurricane and restored in 2015.
