This is an interactive museum with an outdoor display to learn about Alaska Native Culture through hands on activities with a choice of self-guid or tour guide. It's truly an amazing place and I would certainly make time for this.

Kincaid Park is a Olympic rated cross-country ski area. It's also a great place to hike with lots of trails. You do need to be aware of moose and bear.

Amazing hikes and great views. It is an intermediate hike with rock scrambling towards the top. I try to do this hike every year. The views from the top are phenomenal.

Wanna see Alaska wildlife up close and personal. I love this place and love supporting their efforts with wildlife rescue and wildlife reintroduction into wild. It's also a beautiful place to walk or drive.

If you would like to take a short tour boat to see this beautiful glacier, then get some education about Alaska geology and geography at the learning center, this is a marvelous place to go. It's a wonderful place for everyone and lots of hands-on activities. The center is exceptional.
