The restaurant is attached to a plant nursery where you can walk around during the day, but best time to visit Tiny Boxwoods is on a Saturday night when the restaurant plays movies on the lawn. Make sure to try their famous chocolate chip cookies - best paired with refreshing glass of sangria!

Close to a five minute drive away, Rice Village is an outdoors shopping center with restaurants and cute boutiques for all ages. It's a great place to spend an afternoon shopping, grabbing lunch and sipping on delicious coffee!

Rice University is surrounded by a running trail lined with the most beautiful oak trees. It's a great place to for a run or a scenic walk. The whole loop is close to 3.1 miles.
