There are many bakeries in Montreal that serve decent croissants but I found the perfect one at Fous Desserts. Their croissants have the magical combinations of an utterly delicate yet crisp exterior and a moist and tender, yet springy interior.

Despite the restaurant that is tiny, Kazu has consistently been reviewed for offering the best Izakaya/Japanese food in Montreal. Go with a few friends as the dishes are great to share with. There's always a lineup (20-30 min wait on average) but the food is well worth it.

One of Montreal's largest green spaces. In the summer, hundreds lounge along with its water banks, enjoying the sunlight and beautiful fountains; in winter, many more come back to skate along its frozen river. And in the fall and spring, Parc Lafontaine serves as the perfect backdrop for romantic picnics or light jogs. Whatever time of the year you visit, Parc La Fontaine is not to be missed.
