There are a number of TJ's about the same distance away from the Cottage. This is my favorite due to an easy and ample parking lot that is easy to get in and out of.

This WF is nearby the TJ's and is usually a bit less crowded than going to the one on Arroyo in Old Town but it's not as nice as the Arroyo one. Arroyo one in Old Town is also on this list.

About the same distance away as the Foothill WF but usually more traffic to get here but nicer. This is a flagship Whole Foods with 2 floors and a restaurant. It is very close to Old town.
