A brand new, locally owned BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle (wine/beer/etc), with incredible gourmet fare! During the day, it is a relaxed lunch spot and coffee shop with free Wi-Fi. For dinner, it is a typical night life scene, and on the weekends, they offer a brunch. All this and barely a block away!

A great coffee shop (with light snacks, pastries) right around the corner from us! Free Wi-fi!! A chill, relaxed environment for studying, reading or catching up on social media life! It always features local artist on its walls, and it's a great spot to feel part of the neighborhood!

It's a "Mexican" restaurant and bar which serves amazing Sangria and freshly made at your table guacamole. At any time of day or night, this is an ideal spot for drinks or food, not to mention (again) that view! This is less than two block from our house!
