The zocalo Plaza is the heart of the city. Its history begins when the Aztec people decided to establish their city in the middle of a lake (yeah, there was a lake here). It holds the National Palace, cathedral and flag. It is truly a symbol of the country.

The place is called "Downtown" it is a rooftop bar with an amazing view and it is an excellent place to have drinks and spend time regardless of it being day or night.
