Not feeling like hiking? Yodel into the Echo Wall at the Grand Wash, and stop along the many sites on the 24 mile Scenic Drive through Capital Reef park. Pick up some delicious pies at the Gifford House. Strawberry Rhubarb is a favorite if you like tangy and not too sweet!

Nice covered open air restaurant with a fire area. The meals are good wish they offered bigger sides! They have ribs, salmon, ask for the corn bread. Great gift shop in front as part of the campground.
