Enjoy the weekend market or go there at night and go on a pub crawl - has some amazing pubs. it's a historic place.. I have done a ghost tour and i highly recommend it.

Catch the train to circular Key and soak up one of the most beautiful harbours in the world. Try the opera bar for a great view and a drink :)
