Great little coffee shop right down the street. Their coffee is good, but their food is exceptional. I love their carney breakfast sandwich and the avocado toast. And Gaby, the owner, is wonderful.

Latin restaurant. Food is so so, but it a great place to socialize and grab a frozen margarita or mojito and socialize, especially when the whether is nice. Open late.
