El Monte Sagrado is one of our swank hotels. Beautiful, surprisingly accessible. Have a single-malt scotch at the Anaconda Bar, pretend you're part of the 1% for a while.

You're lucky to have the best New Mexican food restaurant in New Mexico right around the corner. We recommend the blue corn green chile chicken enchiladas with a fried egg on top.

Very family-friendly, a little less intimidating than the TSV. Reasonable skiing when there's snow. A river runs through it, scenic and accessible hiking / snowshoeing trails, good disc golf course.
