Morro Rock beach is a wonderful beach walk to watch surfers and the breakers. On the south side next to the bay, there are nearly always sea otters to spot playing and fishing for food. They are adorable!

Sweet Springs is just a short walk from your guest cottage and has truly stunning views of the bay and Morro Rock in addition to some awesome birding lookouts. A lovely spot to walk or meditate.

A huge colony of huge and unique Elephant Seals which you can view from just few feet way on the boardwalk above the beach. This is about a 40 min drive from Los Osos on a lovely country road through Cambria and the Hearst Castle area.

This is such a great old-fashioned family owned theatre. It feels very old-school with no commercials before films and a friendly staff to greet you at the door. Recently remodeled with great sound system.
