This is a nice beachfront restaurant serving excellent local food by day. By night it is a lively night club with live music and dancing! You can walk from there to several other nice restaurant/bars, specialty candy shop, cafes, and the pier.

Not much to look, no scene, or vibe, just a diner. But they have the BEST breakfast and lunch in town! And its walking distance to the townhouse.

Great seafood restaurant very close to the townhouse! All you can eat king and queen crab, all you can eat shrimp and catfish. Stone crabs (when in season), all served southern style with hush puppies and cole slaw. Not a tourist trap this is a local spot.

Great grocery store right about a mile away. They have a tap beer brewery in house and you can grab a pint of beer and put it in the drink holder in your cart and drink it while you grocery shop. Mostly organic, great meats, cheese, produce, and decent wine selection.
