Veteran train station with small but very good restuarant. From here runs a 5 km route by steam locomotive (sometimes only smaller trains called "skinnebusser") to Bryrup in a beautiful scenery.

Dont forget to go to the viewpoint on top of the tower on top of this majestic mountain. Remember parking is by payment out here.

Silkeborg Kano og SUP Center on Åhave Alle 7 are situated by the river and also very near to Nordskoven (North forrest), which has many biking/hiking trails at different levels. The Center rents out mountain bikes, canoes and also has options for SUP and kayakking

Brilliant park with playground, miniature golf, marina, restaurant and also a small concert venue with summer concerts as well. Its possible to jump on the boats (hjejlebådene) from here, and also just simply to take a long walk in the forrest surroundings

Has a great art exhibiton, a very interesting bunker museum and also host the source of the natural psring called Arnakkekilden. There is a viewpoint and a restaurant as well. Has a great art exhibiton, a very interesting bunker museum and also host the source of the natural psring called Arnakkekilden. There is a viewpoint and a restaurant as well.
