AJ's has a large selection of fine wines and liquors. Their sushi bar is also delicious and their food court has a lot of options at reasonable prices. Groceries are more expensive here, but they do have rare and international items available that are not available at other stores.

Safeway has good fresh produce and a healthy selection of wines. Their fresh baked bread is very good and they have a larger selection of international items like na'an and pita bread.

Fry's Marketplace is kind of like a WalMart Supercenter, but not as large. It's the closest grocery store to the house and chances are, you'll find what you need without having to visit multiple stores.

Saguaro Lake is about 30 minutes from the house. There are several stops and parks along the way where you can see wild horses and vultures. The lake itself has paddle boats, kayaks and other water activities available. Parking is about $12/day and there is a very good restaurant right at the marina which has fabulous views.
