All touristic guides will mention the Delirium. It is worth a detour for the Guinness Record of number of beers available. It is not IMHO a real Belgian beer bar, but great to hang out with friends.

Former island, then covered market, now hipster's haven. Cool place with many bars around (also serving cocktails, not only beers!). The Halles itself is a bar.

The crowd sees the Manneken Pis. Locals get a drink at the bar with the most unpronounceable name in history. It could not be a marketing stunt. Good service and ambiance, very wide beer selection.
