The best Peruvian food I've ever had. If you're in a group of 2-4, get the combo special which includes ~7 items from chicken to rice, beans and plantains.

Tourist must-see. The line is long but moves quickly. I highly recommend walking across the Brooklyn Bridge to get there just take 6 (Green) train at 23rd St until it dead-ends at City Hall.
