A concept that showcases the most relaxed façade of Japanese cuisine through a fusion approach draped in sophisticated décor and a lively atmosphere with a DJ every night. At the helm of the kitchen is the Venezuelan chef Fermín Azkue who has experience in France, England, Spain and several countries in South America, and produces an extremely personalised type of cuisine that combines local and Japanese produce with Japanese techniques, putting special emphasis on the robata grilling technique, with the elaborate liquid bases and slow cooking techniques of Spanish and French cuisine.
