Fol Epi connects to Cafe Fanastico (arguably some of the best coffee in the city). It's on the route walking or biking to downtown and has fabulous views of downtown.

If you are looking for something special, this place is it. No reservations are taken, so get there early when it opens at 5:30 to get your name on the list. Their specialty is steak and frites, but honestly everything there is amazing! Prices are in the upper $20's for an entree.

Willow's Beach is a popular one as it's the longest sandy beach around. Has a playground for kids as well as a tea room for snacks. A lovely place to spend an afternoon

If you want to go to a little less crowded gardens then Butchart, and different experience all together I would recommend coming here. About a 12 minute drive from the suite.
